SUMMARY POSTED BY JEFFREY GALLANT (GEERG) ON TUESDAY JULY 14 AT 11:55 PM.
Most members of the team arrived in Baie-Comeau today. However, the planned dive was canceled due to bad weather : strong winds and waves made for difficult conditions.
The weather forecast for Wednesday is also calling for high wind and waves. bad. We used the "extra" time to assemble acoustic receivers for deployment in the coming days. The receivers will record the sounds emitted by the tags placed on 4 to 8 sharks.
